METHOD FOR PRODUCING MICROPARTICLE OF NATURAL DYE WITH INCREASED STABILITY

PURPOSE: A production method of a natural pigment microcapsule is provided to improve the availability of a natural pigment, and to offer natural color and harmlessness to human body. CONSTITUTION: Whey protein is mixed with distilled water and stirred. Antocyanine obtained from mulberries is mixed with distilled water and stirred. The dissolved antocyanine is mixed with the whey protein in a ratio of 1:15-25 (w/w). The mixture is homogenized for 10-20 minutes using a homogenizer, and dried. An antocyanine microcapsule is in a sphere form having the diameter of 100-300 um. A personal care goods contains the antocyanine microcapsule as an active ingredient. The personal care goods is shampoo, soap, cosmetics, dying materials, or hair products.
