PURPOSE: A waste gas combustion device of an annealing furnace is provided to minimize the time and effort for maintenance by automatically control detection and hydrogen ignition and to reduce the temperature deviation in an annealing furnace by maintaining flame at the exit side of the annealing furnace. CONSTITUTION: A waste gas combustion device of an annealing furnace comprises a mixing pipe(10), a wind shield(20), a hydrogen supply pipe(30), an ignition unit, and a flame detection sensor(50). The mixing pipe is arranged in the transverse direction in an annealing furnace and has a plurality of hole for spouting hydrogen in the longitudinal direction. The wind shield is installed lengthwise along the circumference of the mixing pipe and opens at the top to protect flame. The hydrogen supply pipe is connected to at least one end of the mixing pipe to supply hydrogen. The ignition unit is installed at one end of the wind shield to ignite hydrogen. The flame detection sensor is installed at one side of the wind shield to detect combustion flame. |
