PURPOSE: A method for isolating and purifying cosmetically active ingredients from Sasa querlpaertensis Nakai is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating and purifying cosmetically active ingredients from Sasa Sasa querlpaertensis Nakai comprises: a step of isolating Sasa querlpaertensis Nakai with alcohol; a step of treating petinase and carbohydrase; a step of fractioning by organic solvent; and a step of isolating and purifying the ingredients by column chromatography. The cosmetically active ingredient is 3-O-p-courmaroyl-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)-1-propanone, 3-O-p-coumaroyl-1-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy phenyl)-1-O-beta-D-glucopyranoxylpropanol N-p-coumaroyl serotonin, or N-feruloylserotonin, p-coumaric acid. |
