<p>The device has a vertical axis wind turbine (1) with a peripheral enclosure (2) with automatic orientation according to the direction of the wind. Rotational guiding and sustentation of a rotary part of the turbine is carried out using a circular blade-carrying peripheral ring (6) placed in a symmetry plane of blades (4). The blades have a radial and concentric provision and extend until a central hub (5). The ring is cooperated with rollers (7) distributed in equal distance at periphery of the ring, where each roller is supported on dedicated faces at their bearing on profile of the ring.</p> |
