The harness (1) has an auxiliary rescue parachute (14) placed in a pocket, where the harness is intended to be suspended with a main paragliding (100). A dropping unit is utilized for dropping the main paragliding and for simultaneous extraction of the auxiliary parachute. The paragliding is fixed at the harness in anchoring points retaining snap hooks (12) related to end straps (13) extending suspension lines (6) of the main paragliding while each hook is retained by a releasable retainer allowing immediate release of the paragliding by acting on a release handle.
