The part (1) has a thermal conduction structure (5) arranged on a stator blade (3), where an air flow (F2) comes into contact at the thermal conduction structure. A circulation unit circulates a fluid i.e. oil, to be cooled by the thermal conduction structure in contact with the air flow and comprises channels (7). An aerodynamic element (4a) is provided with an airfoil that is arranged in the thermal conduction structure. The thermal conduction structure is partially arranged between the stator blade and the aerodynamic element and comprises a strip assembly (9).
