The system has databases comprising characteristics of obstruction and performances of an aircraft (13a) and geometrical and technical characteristics of an airport area. A calculation unit determines a security zone about the aircraft based on position, size and uncertainty on the position of an aircraft. Another calculation unit determines driving indications of the aircraft based on information output from the databases and characteristics of the security zone. A display unit displays view of the airport area in which the aircraft is situated, and representation of the driving indications.
