PURPOSE: A tray sorting device is provided to improve the productivity of a package process by packing trays in which a good quality semiconductor package is accumulated with a package number unit. CONSTITUTION: A tray sorting device includes a dump module (100) and detects an empty pocket to accumulate a semiconductor package. The dump module accumulates the full trays and a load tray loading unit (110) and a load tray transfer unit (115). The load tray loading unit loads a load tray set. The load tray set includes a plurality of load trays. The load tray transfer unit transfers one load tray in the load tray set.
