PURPOSE: A method for anesthetizing cows and a device thereof are provided to prevent blood spots due to muscle stiffness and to improve meat quality. CONSTITUTION: A device for anesthetizing cows includes a cage descent guide unit and a cage ascent guide unit which are formed by pillars installed on the floor of an anesthetizing room (1), an upper structure (3) which is equipped with a rail, a cage driving device, and an upper horizontal moving device, and a lower horizontal moving device which has a rail and is installed on the floor of the anesthetizing room. The cage moves down along the cage descent guide unit, moves to the cage ascent guide unit by the lower horizontal moving device, moves up along the cage ascent guide unit, moves to the cage descent guide unit by the upper horizontal moving device, and moves down by the cage ascent guide unit. |
