<p>PURPOSE: A data restoring circuit and a data restoring method thereof are provided to reduce the bit error rate of restored data. CONSTITUTION: A data restoring circuit (10) comprises a sampling circuit (40), a restored data generating circuit (50) and a restoring circuit (60). The sampling circuit samples data using each of multiple sampling clock signals having different phases for outputting a plurality of sampling data. The restored data generating circuit performs a logical operation of a plurality of sampling data and generates a plurality of intermediate restored data according to the result of the logical operation. The restoring circuit checks errors for a plurality of the intermediate restored data for outputting the intermediate restored data having no errors among a plurality of the intermediate restored data as restored data.</p> |
