PURPOSE: A method for selected IP traffic offload using a local network and a local network installing method thereof and an apparatus thereof are provided to provide selected IP traffic offload (SIPTO) only for a terminal which supports only one PDN connection. CONSTITUTION: If IP traffic generated by a UE (200) is to be transmitted to a first PDN according to the result of classifying the IP traffic generated by the UE, the IP traffic generated by the UE is transmitted to the first PDN through a core network (210), by using a source IP address. If the IP traffic generated by the UE is to be transmitted to a second PDN according to the result of classifying the IP traffic generated by the UE, the source IP address is substituted with an IP address used in a local network (220) connected to the second PDN.
