PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring a bio-signal are provided to measure the bio-signal of users by using a measurement module of a wristwatch type, thereby measuring accurately the bio-signal of the user. CONSTITUTION: A first clamping portion (150) wears a measurement module of a wristwatch type on the wrist of a user. A second clamping portion (130) adheres the measurement module closely to the wrist of the user. A button portion (120) converts the operation mode of the measurement module. A sensor unit measures the bio-signal of the user. A display unit (110) displays the bio-signal of the user.
