PURPOSE: A piston head for pumping a sealing member is provided to selectively use exhausting and injecting units for an absorption-exhaustion pipe formed on the piston head, and to collect residual sealing member and exhausted air to a sealing member collecting box positioned at remote. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a piston head (100) for pumping a sealing member is combined to the bottom of a shaft in a fixing bar which is combined to the top end of a piston rod elevating by the operation of more than an air or hydraulic cylinder. The piston head is comprised to pressurize the sealing member to from the top end to the bottom end of a container filled with the sealing member, which injects the sealing member ejected from an outlet to a sealing gun. The external diameter is molded to be adhered closely to the inner periphery of the container, and an elastic and flexible exterior (101) is surrounded on the outer periphery. The bottom of the shaft is connected to the top end of a head. An absorption-exhaustion pipe (102) is formed penetrating into the lower side of the head at a fixed position of the upper side of the head. An exhausting unit (103) is combined with a valve body capable of opening and shutting, which exhausts the air between the sealing member and head through an air tube. An injecting unit (105) (105) is combined to the absorption-exhaustion pipe as necessary by being prepared separately from the head. The injecting unit supplies the air to the lower part of the head which is descended to the bottom of the container by being connected with a compressor through the air tube, and separates the head from the container by ascending. |
