A stopper-cum-mounting device is provided to improve anti-rusting by cutting off inflow of foreign material and matching weld nut and bracket completely. A stopper-cum-mounting device comprises a weld nut(10) wherein a protrusion(11) is formed in one side thereof, a vehicle panel(20) wherein a mounting hole in which a weld nut is inserted is formed in the top thereof, and a bracket(30) which is arranged in the lower part of the vehicle panel and wherein a hole(31) is formed in order to be connected to the weld nut and bolt. |
