The assembly has a moving part formed by a wheel (1) and a bearing of a hub (3), and a fixed part formed by a suspension arm and a wheel spindle. A pneumatic energy source (2) is located on the fixed part, and a set of ducts (Ci) is arranged inside the fixed part. The moving part allows passage of a forced air flow from the source toward interior of a zone of the assembly close to a brake disk and a brake clamp. A swivel joint allows the passage of the forced air flow between the fixed part and the moving part of the assembly.
