摘要 <p>The process comprises multi-layer curtain coating a support strip (6) having a Gurley porosity of 5-40 seconds with two layers of liquid coating composition, passing a movable support strip through a coating area, and forming two fluid curtains (5) transversely oriented with respect to the moving support in the coating area using two coating heads (1) and two slots of flow. One of the two curtains comprises an upper layer (2) and a lower layer (3) of liquid coating composition. The curtains fall freely on the support strip crossing the coating area. The process comprises multi-layer curtain coating a support strip (6) having a Gurley porosity of 5-40 seconds with two layers of liquid coating composition, passing a movable support strip through a coating area, and forming two fluid curtains (5) transversely oriented with respect to the moving support in the coating area using two coating heads (1) and two slots of flow. One of the two curtains comprises an upper layer (2) and a lower layer (3) of liquid coating composition. The curtains fall freely on the support strip crossing the coating area. The lower layer is located between the support and the upper layer, and has a viscosity of 50-200 centipoise. The layers form a multilayer covering on the support surface when the layers come into contact with the support. The upper layer and the lower layer comprise a light absorbing layer including a colored layer and/or a protection layer against light and UV radiation. Another layer different from the upper and lower layers absorbing the light is added to the decorative paper sheet on the same side of the support as the upper and lower layers, before or after application of upper and lower layers on the support. The upper layer has a viscosity of 400-1500 centipoise. The liquid coating layers comprise white layers, layers having properties allowing to improve printability of the decorative paper sheet and/or layers for protection against UV and/or infrared radiation. The upper layer is a colored layer and the lower layer is a white layer. The rate of deposition of each layer is 4-25 g/m 2>. The support strip and the coating layers satisfy an equation of DEx (100/ES-l)/GR less than 0.75, where DE represents the simultaneously deposited dried layers (>= 20 g/m 2>), ES represents average dry extract of layers (75%) and GR represents the weight of the support (= 45 g/m 2>). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a decorative laminated profile or panel.</p>
