The base has a barbell filled with standard material sand and water by utilizing a stopper (3). The stopper is screwed or clamped with the barbell for closing the barbell and an adjustable mast (2) for supporting another mast (6) of a parasol. A circumference of the barbell is grooved to facilitate manipulation. A center part of the barbell comprises a housing for accommodating the mast. The latter mast comprises raised and hollow parts. The barbell is dug around a dispatcher part to insert phalanges (4).
