PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-photographic image forming apparatus which enables a photosensitive drum and a developing roller to come into contact with each other and be separated from each other, and which can achieve downsizing, in the electro-photographic image forming apparatus where a drawer member, in which the photosensitive drum and a developing unit are mounted, is mounted in an apparatus body.SOLUTION: An electro-photographic image forming apparatus comprises: a process cartridge; an apparatus body; and a drawer member 13 which detachably supports the process cartridge, and is movable between an inside position located inside the apparatus body and an outside position located outside the apparatus body. The drawer member 13 comprises a contact/separation member 42, which can take a contact position for bringing a developing roller and a photosensitive drum into contact with each other and a separation position for separating the developing roller and the photosensitive drum from each other. |
