PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle riding type electric vehicle that allows efficient execution of the removing and installing work of a battery and can easily ensure the battery stability and the mischief preventive effect.SOLUTION: A battery 35 is stored in a battery storage part 36 provided below a floor on which an occupant puts his/her feet. A lid member 45, constituting the floor, of the battery storage part 36 is integrated with the upper surface of the battery 35. A feeding connector 55 and a striker 66 are provided on the lower surface of the battery 35. A power-receiving connector 56, connected with the feeding connector 55, and a latch 67 for fixing the striker 66 are provided in the battery storage part 36. When the battery storage part 36 is closed by the lid member 45, the feeding connector 55 and the power-receiving connector 56 are connected to each other while the striker 66 is fixed to the latch 67. |
