PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefying device capable of reducing stress generated in a heat exchanger in starting operation.SOLUTION: A liquefying device has a first heat exchanger 50 exchanging heat between nitrogen gas as high temperature fluid and refrigerant as low temperature fluid, a second heat exchanger 60 exchanging heat between the refrigerant after exchanging heat by the first heat exchanger 50 as high temperature fluid and LNG as low temperature fluid, a circulation passage L5 in which the first heat exchanger 50, the second heat exchanger 60, and a circulation pump 25 for circulating the refrigerant are arranged, and a heater 40 for heating the refrigerant arranged in the circulation passage L5 from an hot end side of the first heat exchanger 50 to a hot end side of the second heat exchanger 60. |
