PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a strain of a conductive member.SOLUTION: A surface of a conductive member 10 is spray-coated with a solution which is obtained by dissolving a fluorine-based conductive substance in a solvent (called "conductive solution" hereafter), simultaneously with this step, a DC high voltage is applied from an electrode needle 6 to the coating surface and next, the coating surface is dried, thereby forming a conductive film 13. Thereafter, a conductor film 16 is provided as an upper electrode on the conductive film 13, and a lower electrode is used as a conductive member 10. As a result, if a strain occurs in the conductive member 10, a voltage is generated between the upper electrode and the lower electrode, thereby numerically detecting the strain which occurs in the conductive member 10 from this voltage. |
