PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device capable of smoothly opening and closing a wing door by satisfactorily forming a movable region of a lock piece for locking a locked member.SOLUTION: A lock means 4 structuring a lock device includes: a base part 40 fixed while abutting on a deck base part 15; a housing 41 continuously provided to the base part; a lock part body 5 supported by a pivotal shaft 47, which is installed in the housing, and installed freely to turn around the pivotal shaft; and a vertical biasing part 6 for biasing the lock body in the substantially vertical direction. A lock piece includes: a turning base part 51 loosely fitted on the pivotal shaft; a short-size part 50a projecting from the pivotal shaft in a direction of approaching the base part; and a long-size part 50b projecting from the pivotal shaft outward of the housing. A biasing means 67 is provided between the pivotal shaft and the turning base part to bias in a predetermined direction. |
