A vacuum-apparatus of sampling action comprises cylindrical housing with cone upper part and bottom located in the upper part of apparatus, heat-exchanging chamber with central circulating pipe and mechanical circulator with upper drive located in the lower part of apparatus. The heat-exchanging chamber of vacuum-apparatus is additionally equipped with device for distribution of over-heated steam.
