<p>[Problem] To provide: an inductor capable of maintaining a greater inductance value (Q factor; sharpness of resonance) than according to conventional inductors, and obtain a greater inductance value (L) (Q factor; sharpness of resonance) than according to conventional inductors in a large frequency range required in devices such as power converters; and a method for manufacturing same. [Solution] An inductor (100), provided with: a substrate (1) having a recess (1b) formed on one surface; a first magnetic layer (2) formed in the interior of the recess (1b); a first insulator layer (3) formed on the other surface of the substrate (1) and one of the surfaces of the first magnetic layer (2); a metal layer (4) formed on the surface of the first insulator layer (3) on the opposite side from the surface of the side on which the first magnetic layer (2) is formed; a second insulator layer (5) formed, so as to be capable of covering the metal layer (4), on the surface of the first insulator layer (3) on the same side as the side on which the metal layer (4) is formed; and a second magnetic layer (6) formed on the surface of the second insulator layer (5) on the opposite side from the surface of the side on which the first insulator layer (3) is formed; the metal layer (4) being provided between the first and the second magnetic layers.</p> |
