<p>PURPOSE: Soft magnetic powder, a dust core including the same, and a magnetic element including the dust core are provided to simultaneously reduce core loss and improve a magnetic property using the same applied to the dust core. CONSTITUTION: Soft magnetic powder has a composition of Fe100-a-b-c-dMnaSibBcCd (all of a, b, c, and d are represented with atom%) under conditions of 0.1 <= a <= 10, 3 <= b <= 15, 3 <= c <= 15, and 0.1 <= d <= 3, and is amorphous alloy material. The material satisfies relations of 0.05 <= c/(a+b) <= 1.5, 6 <= b+c <=30, 0.01 <= d/(a+b) <= 0.3. The average particle is the material is 3 to 100 um.
