A PIPE TYPE ELECTRIC CELL

PURPOSE: A pipe type electrolytic cell is provided to forcibly remove scale formed on cathodic surfaces of an inner pipe and an outer pipe. CONSTITUTION: A pipe type electrolytic cell includes an outer pipe (110), an inner pipe (120), and a scale removing device (130). The outer pipe includes a cathodic pipe having one cathodic surface, which is one side of an insulation spacer on the center of the pipe; and an anodic pipe having on anodic surface, which is the other side of the insulation spacer. The inner pipe is installed inside the outer pipe. The scale removing device removes scale formed on the cathodic surfaces inside of the outer and inner pipes by using the torque of the inner pipe.
