PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regular diet-like jelly-in-jelly, which contains a cut jelly having an appearance or taste similar to an ingredient such as vegetable, edible meat (animal meat, fish meat) or noodle, particularly, a regular diet-like jelly-in-jelly which has a texture or physical properties suitable as a food for a person with impaired masticatory and swallowing functions while securing an appearance or taste similar to a regular diet.SOLUTION: A regular diet-like jelly-in-jelly is obtained by mixing a cut jelly which contains turbidity modifier and has an absorbance of 0.2 or more in measurement of a 100-fold diluted solution thereof at a wavelength of 700 nm with a base material jelly solution followed by cooling and solidifying. |
