PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film type thermistor sensor which achieves excellent flex resistance and is directly deposited on a film without being burned.SOLUTION: A film type thermistor sensor includes: an insulation film 2; a thin film thermistor part 3 that is patterned on the insulation film 2 with a thermistor material; a pair of surface pattern electrodes 4 which is formed on at least the thin film thermistor part 3. The thin film thermistor part 3 is composed of multiple unit thermistor parts 3a that are divided and arranged so as to be spaced away from each other in at least one direction. The pair of pattern electrodes has multiple pairs of facing electrode parts 4a which are provided on the respective unit thermistor parts and disposed so as to face each other.
