PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which enables easy out gas exhaust from a sealing body and also enables a space between a through hole and a base body to be easily sealed, and to provide a manufacturing method of the electronic device and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A crystal resonator (an electronic device) 1 includes: a base body 2 on which a crystal vibration piece (an electronic component) 6 is mounted; a lid 3 that forms an airtight space 2a housing the crystal vibration piece 6 with the base body 2; and wiring in a through hole 8 that is provided at the base body 2 for electrically connecting the crystal vibration piece 6 with the exterior side of the base body 2. The crystal resonator 1 further includes a sealing body 4 which is provided between the base body 2 and the lid 3, encloses the through hole 8 at a position spaced away from the through hole 8, and causes the base body 2 to adhere to the lid 3 to hold the space 2a. |
