PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor capable of reducing energy loss.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle driving device 10 includes a first motor 11, a second motor 12, a transmission mechanism 13, a deceleration mechanism 40, and a clutch device 60. A first planetary gear mechanism 20 of the transmission mechanism 13 is a single pinion planetary gear device. A second planetary gear mechanism 30 of the transmission mechanism 13 is a double pinion planetary gear device. The electric vehicle driving device 10 can be operated while switching between a first transmission state where torques of the first motor 11 and the second motor 12 are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, and a second transmission state where the torques of the two motors are equal in magnitude and direction. |
