PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent buckling of a support post by suppressing deformation of an opening of the support post.SOLUTION: A water storage space forming block 16 which forms an internal water storage space of a water storage tank I constructed in the ground includes: a flat structure part 17 having an opening 19; a support post part 20 whose inside is hollow, whose base end side is opened and whose base end is arranged in the opening 19 in the flat structure part 17; and a plurality of connection parts 21, 21a connecting the base end of the support post part 20 and the flat structure part 17. The connection parts 21, 21a have a displaceable rib 29 installed approximately perpendicularly to a displaceable curved part 27 and/or the flat structure part 17. When a horizontal load acts on the flat structure part 17, the horizontal load is buffered by the horizontal deformation of the connection parts 21, 21a, whereby the deformation of opening 23 of the support post part 20 is suppressed to prevent the support post 20 from being buckled in comparison with a conventional water storage space forming block 3. |
