PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detection of biological agents, pathogens, bacteria, viruses, soluble antigens, toxins, chemicals, explosives, nucleic acid sequences (for example, DNA or RNA), plant pathogens, blood borne pathogens, and the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of detection that detects the presence of pathogens included in blood in plasma samples comprises (a) a step of isolating plasma samples of test objects on pathogens included in blood from isolated sample of whole blood, wherein the plasma samples are obtained by using a plasma isolating device and a differential centrifugation method; and (b) a step of detecting photon emission by adding emitter cells to the plasma, wherein the emitter cells express on the surface of each emitter cell, and include a specific receptor to the pathogen included in the blood of detection objects, binding of the pathogens to the receptor increases the calcium concentration in cytosol in the cell, the emitter cells further include emitter molecules emitting photons responding to the increase of the cytosolic calcium, and the photon emission indicates the presence of pathogens in blood in the plasma. |
