PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interview support system, an interview support method, and an interview support program for supporting an efficient and accurate evaluation input in an interview.SOLUTION: A control portion 51 of an interviewer terminal 50 executes display processing of the content of each evaluation item. In this case, an applicant icon combining a name and a photographic image is created as an evaluation target person. Next, display processing of an evaluation value of the applicant having finished the interview is executed. Here, an evaluation screen displaying an icon of the applicant already evaluated is prepared. Then, migration processing of an applicant image is executed. When the evaluation result is established, the evaluation value is specified according to a position where the applicant icon is arranged, and is recorded in an evaluation result storage portion 52F. When the evaluation is determined to be completed on all the items, a total evaluation point value is calculated, and comparison display processing of the applicant having finished the interview is executed. |
