PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar radiation adjustment sheet capable of minimizing energy of light received in summer and maximizing it in winter to create an indoor environment which is cool in summer and warm in winter while securing indoor daylighting.SOLUTION: A heat wave control sheet includes a prism group extended in one direction of a sheet surface and made by connecting a plurality of sheets at a specified pitch in a direction orthogonal to the one direction. (1) A unit prism 10 composing the prism group is an almost triangular prism 10 in which a main cutting surface orthogonal to the one direction includes three sides of a lower side 2 contacting to a base material sheet surface, an upper side 3 extending from the upper end of the lower side 2, and a hypotenuse 4 connecting the tip of the upper side 3 with the lower end of the lower side 2. (2) A prism angle α made by the lower side 2 and the upper side 3 of the unit prism 10 is 70° - 95° and a prism angle &bgr; made by the lower side 2 and the hypotenuse 4 is 1° - 30° . (3) The prism group is formed of cured materials of curable resin composition including heat wave absorption materials.
