PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent crimpable polyester conjugated fiber yarn having extremely soft touch feeling as well as excellent stretchability and surface smoothness when made into a woven or knitted fabric, and a woven or knitted fabric comprising the conjugated fiber yarn.SOLUTION: There is provided a latent crimpable polyester conjugated fiber yarn that is provided by converging latent crimpable polyester conjugated fibers which are obtained by joining a highly heat-shrinkable polyester (A) and a lowly heat-shrinkable polyester (B) with each other in a side-by-side manner or in an eccentric core-sheath manner. The highly heat-shrinkable polyester (A) includes 4 to 10 mol% of a neopentyl glycol component as a copolymerization component. The fiber yarn has actual crimps in a three-dimensional spiral shape.
