A kneading machine of continuous action, which comprises a drive consisting of an electric motor, a driving pulley and a driven one of a belt gear, a working chamber with a loading spout and an unloading one and a heat jacket, a kneading shaft, a screw and fingers, which are mounted on the kneading shaft on the side of the unloading spout. The kneading shaft rotates in bearings and the driven pulley of the belt gear is mounted thereon, such that it is supplemented with a hollow shaft, bearings of the hollow shaft, a bearing of the kneading shaft, the second driven pulley of the belt gear. The hollow shaft is mounted in the bearings of the hollow shaft, and the kneading shaft is arranged inside of the hollow shaft on the bearings, the screw is mounted onto the hollow shaft, the hollow shaft rests onto the kneading shaft with the aid of the bearing of the kneading shaft, the second driven pulley of the belt gear has the external diameter larger than the external diameter of the driven pulley. |
