APPARATUS TO REDUCE ORGANIC WASTE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating organic waste and a method using the same are provided to improve decomposition efficiency using microorganisms and ensure a reliable operation of a biological reactor. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating organic waste comprises steps of: a step of decomposing cell membranes of organisms included in the sludge of the organic waste by a water hammer effect; a step of dissolving oxygen into a saturated state in the organic waste liquid generated by decomposing cell membranes; a step of decomposing organic compounds and gas with a foul odor by aerobic microorganisms after decomposing oxidatively by mixing ultra-micro bubbles in an oxygen-saturated state with the organic waste liquid; and a step of dehydration and a drying process.
