An LED lighting control system comprises a master controller (10) and a sub-controller (20). The master controller (10) comprises a switch tube (11) and a micro-controller circuit (12). The sub-controller (20) comprises a signal sampling circuit (21), a micro-controller circuit (22), a voltage regulator circuit (23) and a drive circuit (24). An output end of the switch tube (11) of the master controller (10) is connected in series between direct current transmission lines/signal lines, through which a direct current goes to the sub-controller (20), and a control end of the switch tube (11) is connected to a signal output end of the micro-controller circuit (12) of the master controller (10). A signal input end of the signal sampling circuit (21) of the sub-controller (20) is connected to a power input end of the voltage regulator circuit (23) and the direct current transmission line/signal line, and a signal output end of the signal sampling circuit (21) is connected to a signal input end of the micro-controller circuit (22). A signal output end of the micro-controller circuit (22) is connected to a signal input end of the drive circuit (24). A control output end of the drive circuit (24) is connected to a load, and the other end of the load is connected to the direct current transmission line/signal line. The system uses two transmission lines/signal lines to enable the master controller (10) to supply power to and control the sub-controller (20) and the load, thereby solving the problem in the prior art of incapability of being used directly in a dual-line lighting circuit that is already laid.
