PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing mineral salt from seawater and a method of the same are provided to concentrate, heat, and atomize seawater for promoting the crystallization of salt in a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION: A seawater concentration tank concentrates seawater. A seawater heating tank heats the concentrated seawater, and supplies the heated seawater. An air supplying tank supplies heated air. A drying chamber (600) includes an internal space for drying the heated seawater. A first flow path (511) allows the flow of the heated seawater supplied from the seawater heating tank. A second flow path (512) allows the flow of the air supplied from the air supplying tank. A collision unit has one end connected to an inlet pipe (510), and the other end collides with the seawater. A mixing nozzle (530) includes a seawater outlet and an air outlet.
