FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises driving the shafts, measuring preset parameter, comparing measured parameter with preset magnitude to define operating conditions of the transmission by the results of comparison. Note here that diagnostics is performed at rundown of the shafts. Note also that for diagnostic purposes higher and lower rpm for every shaft is set said preset parameter represents the time whereat rpm of every shaft decreases from higher preset magnitude to lower one. Obtained time magnitudes are compared with preset one for every rpm rage of flawless transmission of every shaft to define operating conditions of gas turbine transmission operating conditions.EFFECT: higher reliability and validity.1 dwg
