A pair of support stands are spaced from each other. A saddle is installed on the upper end of the body. A rotary shaft is rotationally arranged through both sides of the body. The generator is installed around the rotary shaft inside the body. Electricity is generated by the rotation of the rotary shaft. The rechargeable battery is charged with electricity generated by the generator. Handle bars are formed on both sides of the handle. The operation unit restores the handle to its initial position. The game device controls the movement of characters on a display.
