PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable monitoring without increasing a monitoring load even under an environment in which a number of cameras are installed.SOLUTION: An image monitoring device detects an attention change region from an image obtained by imaging a monitoring site to set a change region within a prescribed range of the attention change region (marker), as a display change region, generates a change region object obtained by projecting the display change region to an object equivalent in size to the display change region, arranges the change region object on a site model expressed as a 3D virtual space, and generates and displays a virtual monitoring image obtained when the site model having the change region object arranged therein is viewed from a virtual camera. |
