PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new film configurations which have improved luminescent properties.SOLUTION: The invention provides a film comprising at least two layers, a layer A and a layer B. The layer A is formed from a composition A comprising at least one compound selected from substituted triazine compounds having substituents selected from 1-naphthyl and 2-naphthyl. The layer B is formed from a composition B comprising at least one "HTL compound". The layer A is not adjacent to the layer B. The substituted triazine compounds in the composition A have Tg greater than or equal to 115°C.
