PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a valve opening-closing timing control device for restraining deformation of a partition part, when a vane part of a driven side rotary member abuts on the partition part of a driving side rotary member.SOLUTION: An outer rotor 10 and an inner rotor 20 are rotatably arranged around the rotational axis X so that the vane part 22 of the inner rotor 20 in the middle of a plurality of partition parts 12 of the outer rotor 10 is fitted in, and a lock mechanism L is provided for locking the inner rotor 20 and the outer rotor 10 in an intermediate lock phase T. A plate is provided for abutting from the rotational axis X direction on the outer rotor 10 and the inner rotor 20, this plate and the partition part 12 are connected by a fastening member 6, and a reinforcing body 15 is provided for engaging with the plate and the partition part 12. |
