PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin laminated structure capable of being inexpensively manufactured and its manufacturing method, and to provide a touch panel provided with the laminated structure.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a laminated structure 10 is provided. The manufacturing method laminates a first transfer layer 14 for forming a first conductive pattern, and a second transfer layer 16 for forming a second conductive pattern on a surface 12a of a substrate 12 by transferring a transfer layer 26 having a conductive layer 28 to the substrate 12 by means of a transfer film 24. A non-conductive layer 30 is formed on at least one of the first transfer layer 14 and the second transfer layer 16 at a surface brought into contact with the other of them. Thus, the non-conductive layer 30 is formed between the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern. |
