PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occupied area of a ring oscillator or an inverter chain which is provided in a semiconductor device.SOLUTION: A ring oscillator or an inverter chain which has a new circuit configuration composed of unipolar transistors is provided. A semiconductor device is provided in which the ring oscillator or the inverter chain which is composed of unipolar transistors and the plurality of unipolar transistors are stacked and among some transistors, electrodes which become equal potential are shared among overlapped plurality of transistors. The unipolar transistor can be formed by an oxide semiconductor, for example. |
