In a synchronization gear of a synchronization ring, a second engagement face engaged which the drive force transmission gear which slide-moves to an axial direction is formed at an end at the side of the clutch gear. In a second ring regulation gear of the synchronization ring, at least at one of both sides in the rotation direction, the end at the side of the synchronization hub is arranged at the side of the synchronization hub rather than the end at the side of the synchronization hub of the second engagement face, and a third engagement face abutting on the first engagement face and regulating a position in the rotation direction of the synchronization ring is formed.
