PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to reliably give multiple operators necessary education respectively.SOLUTION: A teaching material corresponding to each of work steps is distributed to the terminal of a worker. If the teaching material which has been already learned by the worker is updated, a teaching material incorporating the update therein is created to be distributed to the terminal. A server stores data indicating actual working skill as well as the learning history of a teaching material of each worker. |
