PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to require no previous storage of information on a caller and information for response to the caller mapped to the information on the caller, when the information on the caller and the information for response to the caller are different in call incoming.SOLUTION: When call incoming from a terminal device connected to a telephone network is detected, a first server device acquires caller information, acquires call destination information, generates identification information for identifying the terminal device in a telephone call using an overlay network, stores management information including the identification information and caller information, transmits registration information for registering the fact that the identification information is managed by the first server device to a second server device, transmits first request information including the identification information as caller information to a call destination identified by the call destination information, receives a second request information showing a connection request in response from the call destination, acquires identification information included in the second request information as information showing a response destination, and originates a call to the terminal device on the basis of caller information included in management information including the identification information. |
