PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box by which a lid piece can surely be locked by a lid-closing operation.SOLUTION: In the packaging box, the upper end opening 15 of a peripheral wall 1 is closed by a lid piece 2 when the lid piece 2 is bent forward, and an insertion piece 5 is inserted along an internal surface of the front wall 11. Both end fastening sections 56 of the insertion piece 5 go around to lower sides of the engagement receiving sections 31 of both side flaps 13a and 13b from front sides to be fastened. At front ends of the engagement receiving sections 31 in both the side flaps 13a and 13b, there is provided a protruding section 32 which protrudes forward and can be engaged with the upper end edge of the front wall 11. At both ends of the insertion piece 5, an incision extending section 52 which extends inward from a position at the deep end of an incision section 51, and communicates with the incision section 51 is formed. Both ends of the insertion piece 5 which has been separated from the lid piece 2 by the incision section 51 and the incision extending section 52 are constituted as both end separating sections 55. AT tips of both end separating sections 55, both the end fastening sections 56 are provided. |
